Applications are now open for the Chameleon Retail Cohort, an eight-week training program designed to empower BIPOC and women-owned businesses to refine their skills, strengthen their business plans, and take steps toward opening their own retail location downtown.

This intensive program offers participants the chance to gain:

  • In-depth business development training to sharpen retail and entrepreneurial skills
  • One-on-one mentorship from experienced industry experts
  • Networking opportunities to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and build lasting relationships
  • Pitch practice to confidently present their business to potential partners and investors

The Chameleon Retail Cohort is a collaboration between Chameleon, NEON, and Something Great, bringing together expertise and resources to support the next generation of diverse retail leaders in Minneapolis.
