What to expect

1. Complete the form to receive a scheduling link

Please click on the red “Schedule a consultation” button, select a date and time, and answer a few short questions. Upon submission, you'll receive a meeting planner with instructions on how to join your 15-minute Business Navigator call. Scheduling is not a lengthy process and should only take 3 minutes to complete.

2. Schedule a meeting time

Upon submission, you will receive an email notification for your 15-minute consultation with a Business Navigator. Please confirm the booking by selecting “yes” to add to your calendar. On the date and time of your meeting, you will join the Teams Meeting link provided in the email. Make sure this is a time you'll have access to the internet and a device with video call capabilities. If you need to change or cancel your meeting, please click on the Manage Bookings link in your email.

3. Identify the ideal resource

Be prepared to share a couple of sentences about your business and your goals during your 15-minute call with a Business Navigator. Your Business Navigator will also ask you a few questions to determine your needs and suggest a plan for accessing no-cost support.
