About

The Small Developers Technical Assistance Program (D-TAP) supports the development of small, women and/or minority-owned developers in Minneapolis.

The program funds one-on-one consulting assistance through partnering with multiple organizations. Our providers are local non-profit organizations focused on business organizations focused on business coaching and entrepreneur training. Assistance may support business plan development, guidance on payroll withholding, ensuring business licenses are in order, applying for loans and lines of credit, creating a business marketing strategy, and other business development consulting for developers.
