Join the City of Minneapolis and learn more about entrepreneurship and to celebrate Latino-owned businesses in Minneapolis.

Éxito Empresarial: 2025 NDC Latino Business Week Summit

Join Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) and the Midtown Global Market as we: connect Latino entrepreneurs, share resources, and build networks. This is a great event for meeting people and connecting with business resources. You can take part in things like: Latino business owners panel, free headshots, food demo, resource fair, and snacks from Latino-owned businesses.

Plan de Continuidad y Contingencia (Contingency and Continuity Plan)

This three-hour workshop teaches the importance of: strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, and recordkeeping. These skills help people prepare for emergencies, save for retirement, and build wealth. This session is free and open to the public.

Latinidad en Acción: Arts & Business 

The Center for Performing Arts Minneapolis (CPF) will host a week-long event celebrating Latinx creativity, business leadership, and performing arts. Highlights include open rehearsals, workshops and classes, and community events. These events will show the talent of Latinx voices at CPF and bring communities closer together.

Network Mixer and Community Forum

Join us for the Networking Mixer and Community Forum. Artists, cultural organizations, and entrepreneurs will share knowledge, traditions, and industry insights. This event is free and open to the public.

This second workshop builds on the first one. It teaches how to use important documents if key people are not available.

  • It introduces: 
    • Powers of attorney 
    • Wills 
    • Joint tenancy 
    • Operating agreements 
    • Shareholder agreements 
    • Other helpful tips for emergencies and unexpected problems
