Founder resilience is essential to success in any venture. In this interactive presentation, we'll dive into the proactive strategies and core tactics to build and maintain entrepreneurial resilience. Participants will learn which consistent, healthy habits are most effective and can be implemented right away to keep them mentally, emotionally, and relationally healthy throughout their entrepreneurial journey. This workshop is designed specifically for entrepreneurs in order to address the unique challenges that lead to burnout (i.e. isolation, emotional roller coaster, fears of failure, self-neglect, relationship difficulties, etc).
