Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline 101

Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline 101 is an opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of creating your organization's own earn-and-learn dual training initiative.  Attendees will learn about competency models, tips for successful on-the-job training, how to make connections with related technical instruction providers, and how to take advantage of state funding initiatives as well.  This session is great for individuals new to Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline or those who could benefit from a refresher on how the earn-and-learn model works.
