Homegrown Minneapolis is hosting a series of inspiring and practical events designed to help restaurants, cafes, bakeries, caterers, food trucks, and similar businesses prevent and divert food waste. The “86” Food Waste series is a chance to learn from local leaders who are successfully tackling food waste through creative strategies—and walk away with actionable ideas to reduce waste and improve your bottom line.
This session will cover food scrap management, creative reuse, menu design, and inventory control. Featured speakers include Chris MacLeod of Laune Bread and Carrie McCabe-Johnston of Nightingale, sharing real-world insights and solutions.
