Twin Cities Startup Week is a multidisciplinary festival celebrating Minnesota's expansive startup ecosystem. Events hosted over seven days build relationships and drive collaboration to support and develop the state's most innovative businesses.

Honey & Rye was a favorite neighborhood bakery in St. Louis Park with a robust coffee business, catering, baked goods, and retail store featuring locally made products. Behind the scenes, however, Founder Anne Andrus had a lot of questions about how to operate a larger business. One key issue was staffing.
